Product studio · Phnom Penh, Cambodia
We build products that solve real problems.
NpKs Digital is a bootstrapped studio run by Puthirith Nuon. We ship mobile apps and build the systems behind them — with a specialism in Khmer language engineering that very few teams anywhere have.
Services
Six things we do well.
Engagements, not packages. If what you need is smaller than what you came in asking for, we will tell you.
Digital transformation
Turning manual and paper processes into systems people actually use.
Solution architecture
System design, integration boundaries, and the build-versus-buy calls that are expensive to reverse.
Mobile app development
Native iOS and Android, from concept through store submission and the version after launch.
Product engineering and MVP builds
Taking an idea to a shipped, store-approved v1 without building the wrong thing first.
Khmer language and localisation engineering
Khmer Unicode correctness, NiDA compliance, and text handling that does not break on real Khmer.
Technical advisory
Fractional CTO work, architecture review, and helping a team make a decision it cannot unmake cheaply.
Selected work
Shipped, and checkable.
Every one of these is on a public app store. That is deliberate — a listing you can open is worth more than a statistic we typed ourselves.

How we work
Three steps, none of them theatre.
- 01
Understand the problem
We start with what is actually going wrong, not with a feature list. Often the scope shrinks at this stage, and that is a good outcome — it means we found the real constraint.
- 02
Decide what to build
A scope with the cuts already made, the expensive-to-reverse decisions identified, and a sequence that puts something useful in front of people early rather than at the end.
- 03
Build, ship, and stay
Through store submission and past it. The release that responds to what launch taught you is part of the work, not a separate engagement you have to negotiate for.
Have something you need built?
Tell us what the problem is. You will get a reply from Thirith — the person who would do the work — not a sales sequence. We are in ICT (UTC+7).
