Including these details usually turns two or three exchanges into one:

• Your device and its operating system version
• The version of Khmer Keyboard - NP you are running
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
• A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visual

Response times

We are in Phnom Penh, Cambodia — ICT (UTC+7). Expect a reply within two business days. If a message needs a fix in the app rather than an answer, we will tell you that and roughly when to expect it.

A note on permissions

Khmer Keyboard - NP does not ask for “Allow Full Access” and does not need it. If iOS ever prompts you for that permission while using this keyboard, something is wrong — please tell us at info@npks-digital.com.
